Chocolate Cappuccino Sauce
1-cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream
1/2 cup strong coffee
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder or instant coffee granules
Heat chocolate chips in heavy 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted; remove from heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.
makes about two cups Chocolate Cappuccino Sauce.
Serve warm if desired.
